Pinoy Tannin: Development of a sustainable tannin extraction strategy in the Philippines

The aim of the project was to develop the scientific, technological, social and economic basis for the establishment of a sustainable value chain for tannin extraction in the Philippines, thereby contributing to the creation of new income opportunities for the local population.
