In Indonesia, around 1.7 million young people enter the world of work every year. However, the current education system does not produce enough graduates with the skills required by industry. At the request of the Indonesian government, the S4C program aims to solve this problem by developing and implementing a demand-oriented vocational training system in selected polytechnic colleges.
